The Little Swim Club is operated by Satchfield Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09569356. Satchfield Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact us at butterwoodpool@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, mobile telephone number, the first part of your postcode or your home town, and the preferences you tell us about pools, days, times, session length, group size, frequency, interests and indicative price expectations, together with any free-text comments.

Why we collect it

• To assess demand for proposed private family swimming at Hook
• To contact you about private swimming, swimming lessons and related opportunities at Hook
• To produce anonymous summary reports about local demand

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details for up to 24 months from the date you register, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you become a customer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, secure data storage and email delivery, who process data on our instructions only. We do not share your details with Tadpole Swim School or any other business unless you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email butterwoodpool@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for the site to work securely. Where we use an analytics service, it is to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and how many registrations are started and completed. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
